ABBHI has purchased new equipment and report generating software in order to
provide a more comprehensive and in-depth Home Inspection for clients.

Another Bonus, these services are provided at NO additional cost
above the base price of the Home Inspection.

	ABBHI now has a Monoxer III meter to measure the level in parts per million of Carbon Monoxide if a leak is present in gas furnaces and water heaters.
	A Provision PV2 Borescope to actually look inside gas furnace heat exchangers for cracks and ash buildup.
	A Delmhorst BD-2100 Moisture meter to actually give you a Percentage of Moisture in a ceiling or a basement wall that looks damp; no more guess work!
	And the most exciting new feature is Report It Plus report writing software. Remember ABBHI still offers FREE follow-up inspection services.

If the seller makes corrections to anything ABBHI identified during the Home Inspection, ABBHI will go back and check to see that things were done properly, at no additional charge.
