PRE
SALE HOME INSPECTIONS:
You are
selling your home and you are excited about starting a new phase
of your life in your next home. You have a contract on your home
and the buyer has requested a Home Inspection.
You have a million things on your mind and a million things
to do, getting ready to move, packing, looking for a new home,
arranging to have a Home Inspection done on the home you are
purchasing…etc. The last thing on your mind is your sump pump,
or what the Radon level is in your home, or that the electrical
outlet “Uncle Bob” put in for you years ago under the sink for
the garbage disposal isn’t grounded properly.
I like
surprises as much as everyone does but the kind of surprises
mentioned above, that a qualified Home Inspector would find in
their inspection, are not the kind of surprises I would like to
receive when I am ready to close on the sale of my home.
Pre Sale

inspect your home and present you with an electronic and a written
copy of the report. You may then use this information to make any
repairs as you see fit. You may then enter the bargaining process
with security knowing that the buyers Home Inspection will not
turn up any thing unexpected or at least you will be prepared for
what they find.
If you are
having your Home Inspected prior to putting it on the
market and you are purchasing another home, Above,
