RATES:

With all the new homes that are being built in central Ohio, 

and all the existing homes hitting the market each day

ABOVE, BELOW, & BEYOND HOME INSPECTION cannot 

inspect them all, but for the buyers and sellers who do select 

me you will obtain the highest quality inspection available.

 

My inspection prices will vary depending on square footage, 

but my rate structure is very simple.

 

Any single family home up to 3,000 sq. ft. is $250.00. 

Anything over 3,000 sq. ft., call for a quote.

 

Multi family dwellings (more than 2 units per roof top) $150.00 per unit.

A Duplex (both sides) for $300.00 total.

Apartment units also $150.00 per unit.

 

ABOVE, BELOW, & BEYOND HOME INSPECTION has a very simple pricing policy.

 

	I do not charge any extra for inspecting older homes
	I do not charge any extra fees for mileage
	I do not charge any extra for weekend inspections
	I do not charge any extra for reinspection of deficiencies
